Provide strategic communications counsel and policy leadership to the state’s largest water utility. Developed award-winning public engagement process to resolve the controversial issue of community water fluoridation. Created the utility’s first framework for successful engagement of a variety of publics impacted by water infrastructure repairs and upgrades. Architect of the community relations and advocacy campaign supporting the award-winning, $.5 billion Gross Reservoir Expansion Project in Boulder County. Manage a team of six professionals charged with providing information and community outreach on the exceptionally controversial project that will help ensure a secure water future for more than 1.4 million people along Colorado’s Front Range.
