I work with adult male's who are dually diagnosed with cognitive disabilities. I work with each individual daily to help them learn how to live an independent life as well as helping them how to cope and handle their emotions in an appropriate and reasonable manner.

As a produce lead I was given the opportunity to learn the in's and out's of running a successful department. I was held responsible for writing orders, price changes, and display changes. I also was given a chance to act as a produce manager taking charge if the entire department making sure all aspects are running smooth and delegating when needed.
