With over 15 years of agency-side experience in integrated direct marketing I’ve been fortunate enough to work across a number of sectors including travel, financial services, retail, government (health and MOD) and utilities.I love working with clients to solve business problems – helping to create and prepare briefs that inspire agency teams to develop great work that brings success, reward and a healthy return. My background and first love was CRM and in recent years I have loved being able to apply these principles in a digital environment. This discipline has always allowed me to use data to drive my thinking; leveraging insight from fact.
