Passionate individual that’s driven by the challenge of this work.Going on 4+ years of electrical system design experience with custom fire apparatus for different markets, with 1.5 of those years leading electrical production efforts and the electrical installation team as department manager.On a regular basis I meet with customers and discuss technical needs, design electrical control schemes, create R&D projects, establish QC processes/standards for the electrical side of each build, interview/hire electrical technicians, help coordinate production goals, establish production procedures and SOPs, assist purchasing dept in procurement efforts, troubleshoot system errors and provide tech support for service calls. Basically if it’s electrically related, I’m very involved. And I love it all.
