HROnboard product has rapidly grown in product features and customer base. As part of this accelerated growth we have had an internal reshuffle and HROnboard is now its own business entity, to distinguish it from the great work we continue to do as part of Navigo.My position has been updated to reflect the breadth of work I undertake across both organisations (Navigo and HROnboard). I continue to play a lead role in product feature development, including management and mentoring of our new development team. At the same time I am responsible for planning and management of our AWS / IT infrastructure and expenditure, based on our expected growth, IT budget and business requirements.

My role the past 7 months at Navigo has changed focus significantly. I am now responsible for the management of our IT infrastructure and heavily involved in the development of our HROnboard platform. HROnboard is an exciting new employee on-boarding platform that Navigo has been working on to alleviate the paperwork and overheads associated with on-boarding new staff. Navigo has always had a strong focus on HR technologies and processes, as such we are uniquely positioned to make a huge impact with this new platform. The technology stack behind this platform is predominantly Java, using Spring Web MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework and Hibernate ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) framework.

My primary role as Technical Consultant at Navigo involves working with and assisting customers in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea with various Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). I provide assistance with the installation, configuration and technical support of Human Resource Information Systems, OrgPlus Enterprise (an intelligent orgcharting solution) and various Oracle products (Discoverer, Application Server, Database). As part of this work I am often involved in the development of custom reports or modules that compliment our customers current HRIS and fill business needs not being met by their existing systems.Along side my Technical Consultant role I provide support for Navigo's various internal systems. This ranges from administration of our virtual hosting environments (vSphere Hypervisor and Amazon Web Services) and system administration of several virtual machines including installation, administration and maintenance of several internal applications.

- Mentor and leadership of fellow team members.- Provide technical input and recommendations to improve Toll's website hosting and define long term strategic direction.- Responsible for design, development and implementation of several high-quality websites and internal applications.- Ensure websites and applications adhere to usability, web standards and corporate style guidelines.- Administer and maintain various application servers and http installations.- Provide technical support to customers across the business and resolve support tickets within agreed SLA time frames.

- Implemented Oracle Identify Management (OIM) product, including installation and customisation of product to meet business requirements.- Undertake complex systems analysis, design and programming in conjunction with developing and maintaining existing software applications and products.- Maintain technical documentation and change-control registers.- Provide ongoing development and administration of Oracle Portal and portlets
