I led a staff of 17 military and Department of Army civilian planners supporting the 27,000-person Special Forces Regiment: responsible for planning, developing, synchronizing, analyzing Special Warfare sourcing solutions across the globe

This is an executive developmental position in which I worked directly with the Commanding General of a 27,000-person organization. I served as a key interlocutor between the Commanding General and the staff, planned and coordinated the Commanding General’s internal and external engagements, such as Congressional and that of other agencies at the executive-level; managed sensitive, official correspondence, reports, evaluations and other communication. While deployed in support of the Special Operations Joint Task Force (headquarters responsible for countering ISIS), I served as key synchronizing agent across the 4,200 person, Special Operations Joint Task Force comprising forces of 26 countries; co-authored Congressional reporting to sustain Sensitive, Compartmentalized programs supporting the fight against ISIS.
