Sustainable ‘success’ whatever success looks like to you 🫵My knowledge and expertise of guiding careers comes from 20+ years as a Talent Acquisition/Mobility Leader latterly leading regional recruitment and mobility teams at UBS. It also comes from lived experience of burnout, anxiety and ultimately depression. This for me was due to a combination of factors individual to me, with a key one being a loss of my purpose and sense of ‘why’ - leading to more why’s: why I was stressed out? why I could never switch off? why I was being a bad parent and husband by bringing the stress home? I seek to help people identify what is important to them, connecting them to their purpose. I seek to remove limiting beliefs that might be holding them back or limiting their options. Then I look at how to build the best career (and life) in support of that. I also use my recruitment and mobility experience to help you then work out how to get where you want to go!
