I am a financial services leader with deep experience across strategy, operations, and marketing in the United States, UK, and Australia.I joined First Republic Bank in San Francisco in June 2019, and within 18 months I was promoted to lead a team of two that I grew into a high-performing crew of eight across three functions: Strategy, Business Operations, and Quality Control. In this broad role I demonstrated my versatility in tackling a wide range of challenges, from regulatory affairs and remediation, to process improvement, to pricing strategy.Prior to making the move to the U.S. I completed an MBA at IESE Business School in Spain, ranked 3rd in the world by Financial Times as of 2023. At this time I also worked as a consultant for London-based fintech Profile Pensions, where I advised the CEO and Head of Product on expanding their offering to new market segments.For the first eight years of my career honed my skills at Australia's largest financial services group, the Commonwealth Bank and it's wealth management subsidiary Colonial First State. From 2008-2012, I designed and executed innovative marketing campaigns targeting investors, financial advisers, and small businesses. Following this, I moved into Strategy, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, and was promoted each year for four years, from Strategy Analyst in 2012 to Acting Program Director and Senior Manager in 2016.
