I was instrumental in adding Eastern Medicine to the facility offerings, as well as a points-based membership plan and other proactive measures to ready the facility for the upcoming changes in health care payment choices.By implementing Social Media solutions, I have been able to reach areas of the community not traditionally reached by our type of facility and I have personal knowledge of new patients obtained on my behalf using these new methods.My first I.T. related task with Premier was to recover the facility from a major server crash causing loss of data. I was able to partially recover valuable data. I, eventually, ended up building several computers and upgrading their file server solution to greatly reduce down time and cause the network to operate more efficiently. The facility now runs at greatly reduced telecommunications costs due to an upgrade to a VOIP telephone system and the data flow within the company's network is extremely efficient.Patient load, gross revenue, and technology efficiency increased, tremendously, during my time at Premier.
