I functioned as a bridge between business and IT working in Enterprise Business Operations. I began as an understudy to the company's highest ranking senior technical executive. He quickly brought me into the largest, high-profile enterprise projects and showed me how to sail through the bureaucratic blockades entrenched in corporate America in order to make a project successful. I spent the next few years working with multiple IT operations teams and managing the company's next-gen enterprise content management system.Meanwhile, I was heavily involved with university recruiting as the company hired in about 300-500 new college graduates each year. I also attended classes of my own during this time, completing my MBA at St. Mary's University.
