As only one of six full time employees of the San Diego Sol organization, I played a vital role in every aspect of the company. I trained and scheduled all staff members for each of the following facets of the business:Special Events Director• Direct one of the largest youth basketball leagues in Southern California • Plan and execute multiple camps, clinics, and tournamentsCafé Manager• Keep inventory of all product• Order product for each event as neededFacility Manager• Manage a 60,000 sq. ft facility with 5 full basketball courts and 5 indoor sand volleyball courts• Market and create sponsorship partners with outside organizations looking to rent the facility• Monitor all facility rentals (in house and outside groups)College Placement Director/Coach• Create profiles for each of our top athletes who had the ability to play at the next level• Network with college coaches about each player to help find the right fit for him or her• Train and coach the top teams traveling to tournaments around the country
