I'm part of Oracle's CX Service division where we help companies acquire new customers, increase brand loyalty and drive down the cost of customer maintenance while providing quantifiable results. Our vision is to make customer service not only easier for the company, but also more convenient for the consumer. My role is to help company's customer service become successful and productive through the cloud.I'm grateful to be apart of such an amazing organization. I work with a team of professionals who continue to help companies see the value and simpleness of the Oracle Customer Experience Cloud. We are proud to come to work every day knowing we are part of a company that identifies problems in the marketplace and find the most efficient way to solve them. Aside from work, I enjoy creating and learning new skills. Whether it's trying to write a novel in a month or creating a podcast from scratch, I've always been interested in creating content that is entertaining to consume.
