Part of the team responsible for all Toronto District School Board land use planning matters, including securing opportunities for new school space, development reviews, reviews of municipal and provincial planning initiatives, site plan approval process for capital projects, managing OLT files and participating in community outreach and public consultations.

Working on behalf of municipal clients, undertaking Official Plan and Zoning By-law reviews, planning studies and review of development applications.

Working on the preparation and submission of a variety of planning applications and land use investigations within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, many in a project management capacity as lead consultant. Applications include major residential and mixed-use developments, commercial and cemetery projects. Monitoring municipal policy and zoning by-law reviews, and making representations on behalf of client interests.

Promoted to Senior Planner having completed MA and gained full membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals across all sectors, particularly for residential, commercial and renewable energy projects. This included working with and leading consultant teams on large development projects.

Undertook work on the Copeland Development Plan and the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment. Worked with partners to deliver development briefs and advise on policy matters for a range of developments and regeneration schemes.
