Ensure team satisfaction whilst performing necessary disciplinary procedures for 3 shift managers, 3 administration members and 32 drivers. Ongoing attention to vehicle standards for both HSE compliance and reducing vehicle downtime. Developing strong business relationships with partners to eliminate loss making journeys through passenger sharing, whilst taking on business as necessary to increase revenue.
