As a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer for Iconicx Critical Solutions I performed Commissioning Level 1 Design Review through Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing in various Data Centers throughout the United States including Ashburn, Piscattaway, Columbus, Chicago, Des Moines and Hillsboro. This was a hybrid travel and work from home position. While working at home I would perform Design Review of MEP and Fire/ Life Safety Systems, Develop Pre-Functional and Functional Testing scripts for projects and complete reports for testing performed on-site. While on-site I would perform TAB review, review Pre-Functional Testing performed by installing contractors and execute Functional Testing and Integrated Systems Testing.

While with Critical Arc at Tesla's Gigafactory 1 Project, I acted as a Commissioning Manager for Tesla in their Central Utility Plant and as a Systems Acceptance Engineer for Panasonic Energy North America (PENA) in the Battery Cell Production Areas. In both roles I evaluated systems as they are installed to ensure they met the needs of the end users and that they had been installed as they were designed.

Cogeneration Plant Operator: As an operator it was my responsibility to monitor the steam plant through the use of Distributed Control systems, vibration and temperature monitoring systems and through frequent tours of the machinery spaces. It was my job to identify potential problems and make recommendations to supervisory personnel on necessary corrective actions or changes in operating procedures. I am also responsible for sampling and testing boiler water, make up water and condensate systems to ensure they are all within proper limits for our water treatment strategy.

At Genentech I worked in the Real Estate Management Group as a Senior Facility Coordinator in the challenging GMP governed spaces used for product manufacturing. As a member of this team I had many responsibilities including overseeing maintenance and repair of the facility, managing small projects and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for matters that impact the Manufacturing Facility.I accomplished this by inspecting the facility frequently and planning the execution of repairs including work order entry, downtime planning, parts procurement, vendor service agreements and purchase orders, as well as the completion of quality documentation and communication to impacted parties. I partnered with teams to aid in projects such as introduction of new equipment to the facility or implementation of new regulatory requirements. This role required quick independent decision making, excellent communication skills and the integrity to ensure that each problem that arose was treated appropriately.

• Operate and Maintain GMP Water Purification Systems including Reverse Osmosis Filters, CDIs, Ion Exchange vessels and Distillers through approved SOPs• Operate Bulk Gas Storage Tanks, Air Compressors, Boilers and Pure Steam Generators and their associated distribution systems through approved SOPs• Perform routine and emergency Work Orders on plant equipment and complete them in the Work Order Management System (SAP)• Coordinate with Environmental Quality to ensure all utilities were delivered per GMP Specifications• Support Validation of systems due to changes in configuration and on new system startups.

My prime responsibilities were to tour the facility to identify problems, to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment as necessary, respond to production trouble calls, maintain lighting and ventilation systems, act as member of production team during major evolutions and perform lock outs and tag outs.
