Co-invented the core product for Amazon Publisher Services, and drove its growth to a top two position in the industry. Grew the global advertising technology organization to over 800 employees. Oversaw Amazon DSP, the company’s flagship ad technology product for agencies and advertisers from 2020 to 2022. Previously held leadership roles at Amazon across finance, and sales & marketing before helping launch the Voleon Group, a pioneer in the application of machine learning to securities trading, as Partner and COO. Began career in product management at Juno Online Services. Helped launch the company’s free email service and served as product and business lead for the company’s ISP, culminating in the IPO in 1999.
