As a member of The Beers Team LLC, I am truly blessed to be a part of a family business. We are consistently in the top 25 out of over 500 agents at CBSHome in closed and pending sales. I am very active in the market as a listing and buyer's agent. We typically focus on assisting our friends and family in selling anfd buying residential single family.

As an assistant I learned the inner workings of the business. It was important for me to see that being a Realtor is more than showing and selling houses. It is a business and should be treated as such. The true challenge of being self-employed is discipline! As an assistant, that was my most important lesson.

As BNI chapter president, I work to help the chapter's members grow each others' businesses by using the materials and guidelines provided by BNI in ways that teach us as members how to properly give and receive "word of mouth" referrals. It is my job to run the meeting, keep to the agenda, coordinate with other members of the leadership team to ensure.
