The most fulfilling work for me is creating phenomenal customer buying experiences that scale. A close 2nd place is building the revenue systems to drive that scale. This usually means building marketing, sales, client success, and ops from the ground up in companies that are struggling to find product-market fit, or companies that have found it and aren't growing as fast as they want to. The fascinating thing about the process of building buying experiences (revenue systems) is that it teases out clearer product market fit, and then uncovers the incredible stories, branding, positioning, and messaging required for high growth. Of course, phenomenal buying experiences can't scale without a team that uses precision execution management systems while intentionally (and uncompromisingly) building a healthy culture.
