I have tremendous enthusiasm for physiotherapy as a profession and dedication to continued learning about how physiotherapy can best benefit my clients.My practice is informed by the latest high quality research and incorporates education, advice regarding health and lifestyle, manual therapy, pain science, strength and conditioning, and exercise rehabilitation, all delivered in a patient-centred, collaborative manner. I am confident treating all forms of musculoskeletal and sports related conditions but do have some areas of special interest:Musculoskeletal physiotherapy - low back pain, lower limb injuries and temporomandibular conditionsSports physiotherapy - distance running, football and cycling - all personal interests as a result of my sporting background and current activityI am friendly, caring and generous with my time and expertise.
