Founded Silent Crow Arts in an effort to give voice to the unheard in television and film, to lift up and inspire, to lend aesthetic where none was expected, and most importantly to encourage artists from all backgrounds to trust and nurture their creativity. We have created some massively successful television over the past two decades, but perhaps more impressively, the tireless staff has chosen to stay here, some for decades, because they're happy. Respected. Appreciated. (We also laugh at their jokes.) And now, they are the mentors, inspiring the next crop of artists to trust themselves and never leave "art" out of what they do. As a 20-year entrepreneur, deadlines are done deal. Managing multiple projects is a joy (just try directing a dozen cameras at once). Being flexible while looking after millions of dollars in operating costs is an absolute requirement, and succeeding at that is all dependent upon listening to, and trusting, your staff. Things move quickly on set, and in post, as they do in every aspect of sales and production. Fortunately being nimble comes easy (maybe it was all those years diving for catches in left field). Clients are thrilled again and again, because budgets and negotiations and delivery dates can be accomplished without ever sacrificing the Silent Crow standards for absolute truth and a heightened aesthetic... Oh, and just enough wit to keep you from taking yourself seriously. It's TV for gosh sake.
