Responsible for leading and managing over 100 IT professionals, across multiple teams consisting of the following focus areas:Service Desk, highly skilled group of remote IT service professionals that are focused on first call resolution and request fulfillment.Location Services, a large group of geographically diverse IT professionals that are the direct source of IT services and support for all regional, branch, and field locations for Burns & McDonnell.IT Site Services, a dedicated project management team that oversees the delivery of IT Services, in all Burns & McDonnell locations. Operations Control, an IT fusion team focused on the areas of Implementation, Configuration, and Monitoring. Responsible for taking solutions from the IT Design team and operationalizing them for the organization, before handing them off to our Application Operations teams.Applications Operations, a diverse group of IT professionals responsible for support of revenue generating applications, including but not limited to solutions from, Autodesk, MicroStation, Hexagon, Microsoft, and Adobe.Network & Infrastructure Operations, a group focused on end to end network connectivity for all Burns & McDonnell locations and cloud resources.
