I am a servant leader and multi-functional administrative executive who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and finding the most efficient way to do so. From working with start-ups to managing company divisions, I utilize my operational, organizational design, and project management skills to optimize growth and performance. I effectively lead teams, build supplier/vendor relationships, and collaborate with others to move the company forward and achieve outstanding results. I've had a fascination with music and technology since a young age. In college, I merged these two interests together and pursued a degree in audio engineering. Along the way, I discovered a new interest: project management. I thrived on managing all aspects of studio sessions and created a positive and successful experience for each project. This ultimately led to an enjoyable career in the music industry working alongside some of the country’s top artists and songwriters in Nashville. In 2015, I moved back home to North Carolina to join the executive team of the family business. I utilize the skills I've learned over the years to expand the company's reach and customer base through business optimization, process improvement, automation, and sourcing. Around the same time, I began volunteering on the production team at my local church. Not only did this provide an outlet to use skills I was passionate about, but also led to a contract position where I recruit, train, schedule, and direct a team of 20+ volunteers for weekly events. Each week I advise and collaborate with various leadership teams (pastoral, worship, production) to maximize resources and plan services ensuring a seamless worship experience across multiple campuses. I am energized by making personal connections in the community, building and managing the team, and being hands on with all the technical aspects the role offers.
