I was responsible for the recruitment and management of the Loss Mitigation department and the financial returns generated from mortgage collections and loan resolution activity. During this time I worked closely with the Litigation and Property Sales teams to ensure that the loan pool and properties were managed in a coordinated and efficent manner.

Through the recruitment and management of 9 Business Development Managers covering Central London and the Home Counties, I was responsible for a £1bn+ annual intermediary mortgage sales target.
