CurrentAs the current Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Stark Bro's, my role is exclusively concentrated on leading our Digital Marketing and Ecommerce sales strategies. This encompasses comprehensive responsibilities in vendor relations, budget management, and strategic planning across key digital marketing and ecommerce domains. I oversee staff management within various areas such as Email, SMS, SEO, Cost Per Click (CPC), Connected TV (CTV), Social Media, Video, Campaign Planning, Website Content, and Affiliate/Influencer partnerships. My focus is on driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing our online customer experience.Accomplishments since 2019 include:• Increased website sessions 24%, with increased revenue of just over 100% when comparing 2019 to 2023. • Implemented SMS in 2022, growing list to over 125K with last click (LC) attribution revenue totaling over $2.7 million, becoming our #3 channel behind Google CPC and email.• Migrated email to Klaviyo, nearly doubling list size and increasing yearly email revenue by 94%.• Brand Reputation: Improved BBB rating from D- to A+; Google Business Profile from 3.1 to 4.4 stars.• Grew Facebook audience by 76% & Instagram by 678%. Added TikTok and revived a neglected YouTube channel.• Managed the creation and implementation of connected TV (CTV) commercials on the Mountain platform.• Implemented formal Influencer and Affiliate marketing programs.
