Current• Supervising and delegating tasks for a large team of fulfillment center associates and truck drivers, solving operational issues and ensuring efficient eCommerce online order fulfillment.• Processing high volumes of sales orders, managing logistics, and interfacing with large quantities of customer telephone inquiries, 3PL contractors and IT service providers in a fast-paced environment.• Analyzing metrics of eCommerce performance in Microsoft Power Bi and enacting department best practices to push KPIs above company baseline.• Operating internal WMS (warehouse management systems), PkMS (pick ticket management systems) and distribution software systems.• Troubleshooting department workstations, network printers, mobile computers / picking devices, connectivity issues and employee login credentials. Performing user administration of associate profiles in an enterprise network.
