Project managed the flight operations department from inception to AOC for a new A320 LCC. I was instrumental in the production of all Operations Manuals and the training programs, including pilot and instructor recruitment, for launch. Designated Lead Instructor for the entry-into-service and proving flights for final AOC approval.

As part of the Licensing and Regulation work stream on behalf of ICAO / IATA / RAeS, I am co chair of the Instructor and Examiner Standards work stream. We are specifically tasked to review flight instructor and flight examiner standards and practices, and to recommend actions that would serve to enhance those standards and further improve safety performance, with final recommendations to be made on regulatory change.

Responsible for all type rating training on A320, B737 and B757 aircraft Including hiring of instructors, standards, training materials and course content, customer liaison plus check and training duties.

VIP and scheduled air services on B737-700 within Europe. Duties included harmonisation of Ops manuals to JAR standard and writing a new OM part B reflecting the introduction of new Boeing procedures.
