Matt has been a leader in the technology, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and workforce development areas for 23 years after serving in the United States Army. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, he is an expert on diverse and inclusive corporate cultures and a recognized public speaker on military, veteran and LGBTQ+ issues, including the importance of allyship. As Chief Revenue Officer for PurePost, Matt manages and leads the sales operations of the company, including designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships withclients and evaluating costs to determine product pricing when selling to customers.Matt also serves as the Executive Director of Hesperus, a non profit he founded in 2020 to invest in the next generation of Native American leadership and solve employment issues affecting Native Americans and Alaska Native tribal communities.
