This includes designing and delivering bespoke training to schools built around their specific needs, priorities and objectives, and mapping the session content to specific Schemes of Learning, Course Specifications and curricula. It also entails writing articles, tender documents and marketing campaigns around the use of innovation and leading-edge technologies to improve teaching and learning.At present we run some excellent workshops for schools and SMEs on everything from iPads and LearnPads, through to understanding Computing and using Kinect and AR in the classroom. Responsible for the design, leadership, management, assessment and development of the Rich Task Curriculum in Year9 and across Key Stage 3 at the Academy. This is a thematic cross-curricular offer which fuses generic skills with elements of subject-specific core knowledge from a range of disciplines, around a concept such as 'International Trade'. The role includes leading and managing a large team of around 30 staff and being accountable for the achievement and progress of the whole 270-student year group across the whole curriculum.

Leadership responsibility for the vision, resourcing, design and implementation of ICT-based innovation in teaching and learning to raise standards and improve outcomes across the curriculum. This included whole-school strategy, monitoring and evaluation of impact on learning and whole staff CPD.
