Accountable for creating, building and then operating new revenue generating opportunities primarily in the Medicaid payer and PBM markets. The solutions generated over 20M in revenue between Q4 2011 and Q1 2016.

Responsible for providing operational leadership and management in the areas of business planning, business process and information management, ensuring operational excellence, solving new operational problems, knowledge management for internal operations and chairing the bid review process.

Responsible for supporting the integration activities between Knightsbridge and HP. Actual tasks are as follows:•Development of legacy Knightsbridge business process documentation.•Working with Knightsbridge and HP business owners to define end-state Knightsbridge / HP business processes.•Design and development of a new resource management application.•Design and development of a new integrated operational reporting solution.

Responsible for identifying, analyzing and overseeing the implementation of more efficient business processes - inclusive of software design and development to support future state business processes. Actual tasks are as follows: •Responsible for supporting a new ERP solution (Epicor). Inclusive of business process design and ERP customization.•Design and development of operational reporting.•Design and development of financial reporting.•Design and development of ASP.NET / SQL Server / Crystal Reports based tools.•Working with business owners to aid them in identifying more efficient and/or new business processes - ensuring compatibility between departments.

Responsible for the design and development of business processes and software based solutions. Actual tasks are as follows: •Recruited by CEO; subsequently promoted to management role supporting rapid corporate growth from 25 staff members to over 400.•Proactively identified and implemented continual improvements to business procedures and technical direction, directly contributing to successful long-term business operations.•Responsible for maintaining and enhancing Primax’s third party liability system.•Responsible for designing and developing Primax’s coordination of benefits system.•Responsible for working with members of the business team to identify procedural process improvements and then often support those improvements with software solutions.•Successfully managed development of numerous enterprise systems, including reporting solutions, database and business process management applications.
