• Compile and analyzes data from Maximo, as part of my daily duties. • Development of five-year marking removal and maintenance plan.• Managing marking removal and maintenance plan, task completion, and leading meetings with stakeholders.• Development of Incident follow-up report from within Maximo.• Responsible for developing new maintenance reports, standards, and metrics to monitor performance. Works with planners to ensure that key performance indicators (KPI) are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance performance, and planning and scheduling the business flow process

Manage the capturing of accurate and sufficient information within the CMMS system daily. Ensuring that management and supervisory staff are aware of what expectations are for the Department. Oversees quality assurance/control process for the Maintenance Department. In addition, monitors maintenance assignments for on-time completion, costing and operating within budget.Manage the day-to-day process of planning and scheduling for the Maintenance Department. Lead in creating comprehensive and accurate schedules complete with dependencies, critical path, and resourcing and ensuring that labor hours are accounted for, where appropriate.Supervises the Maintenance Work Order related activities for all airside and landside projects to ensure minimal disruption of airfield traffic, roadway traffic and compliance with all safety regulations. Assists with directing maintenance staff in emergency, including snow removal.
