    AlphaBroder is the leader in wholesale apparel in our industry. We sell blank apparel to clients across the country. These clients consist of embroiderers, screen printers, sports stores, uniform shops, etc. On a daily basis I am quoting out customers who are bidding large jobs and working at extremely low margins. We can win or lose jobs by pennies at a time. This is a very fast paced job that requires a ton of skill to be successful.I started off as a business development representative after a three week training program. Was giving a list of customers who have not been contacted by a sales rep. at my company in years. My goal was to prove to my senior managers that I could grow. If we were able to grow the customer each month by 200% or more we were given a bonus. I did this from August until January. Was above 250% each month. In January I was promoted to an Account Executive in our New York territory. My job now is to manage a customer list of 188 clients. We are supposed to make as many calls a day as possible, record 15 legit calls per day and reach out to 85% of our territory each month. I have been in the territory for 17 months. Of those 17 I have hit goal 14 months. In my first year as an Account Executive, revenue in my territory was up $1,847,178 over prior year. I increased gross profit $411,269 and I sold 371,647 more total units than the previous representative before me.Through the first six months of 2014, my territory revenue is up $1,029,110 over prior year and I have sold 102,722 more total units. (I cannot provide Gross Profit dollars because my company stopped focusing on gross profit and does not show us where we stand anymore).I am currently ranked number four in the company out of all the Account Executives.

Customer service is the key to our success here at Enterprise. We get graded each month to see out of 100 customer's that rented from our branch, who was completely satisfied. Since I have been here we have scored an 87 or above each month. Which has not been done at this branch yet.
