From pre-revenue set-up, led the launch of new markets & products and the live operations for the connected consumer service in 9 countries - bringing together the latest smart tech products and the power of the Vodafone network - connecting you to the people and the things you love (children, elders, pets, homes, cars, bikes and luggage).I led the build and deployment of the centralised Operating Model (a Vodafone first), the build, alignment, engagement and development of a large team across 10 countries to deliver an amazing customer experience.
