As a marine insurance wholesaler, I provide retail agents across the United States and its territories with technical expertise and market access. Prior to this position, I was a retail insurance agent so I know first-hand what it takes to create opportunities and how important it is to make them count. I understand retail agents need a wholesale partner who is responsive, works with urgency, and brings deep technical knowledge that can help close deals. The marine industry is fascinating and provides great opportunity to explore and create solutions to unique problems so I’m always looking to learn and grow my knowledge. Having grown up on and around the water, I have a deep passion for this business. My family is made up of yacht captains, live aboards, and yacht repair professionals so the marine world is deep in my blood. While there’s always something to learn, my background creates a strong natural curiosity and I love an opportunity to research, explore and create new solutions. Looking ahead at the next two or three decades it’s undeniable change is happening. The marine insurance sector will look very different in the coming years and I am determined to be a thought leader in this space. Wherever there is an opportunity to innovate, respond, and take initiative to lead the path forward, I am excited to be part of the process!
