Matt has received approval on ~$1.59 billion of CapEx investment during his time on the team.• Shepherding projects through the tax equity financing process (over $269 million of tax equity financings successfully closed on the team)• Creating financial models and conducting various tax equity and Power Purchase Agreement pricing sensitivities • Monitoring market trends and creating long-term energy, REC, and capacity price forecasts• Assessing potential M&A targets to help optimize the JV’s portfolio• Training 9 members of the National Grid Renewables’ Investment and Portfolio Management teamPrior to joining National Grid Renewables, Matt was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at TripleTree, a healthcare-focused M&A Investment Bank. At TripleTree, Matt was responsible for supporting the firm’s M&A and strategic advisory services, including financial analysis and market research. Matt graduated from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas, where he received his B.A. in Financial Management.
