Combining my background in process improvement and technology, I focused on improving home care and hospice organizations with the use of our technologies.

I assisted in the development and maintenance of government contracts for modeling and simulation projects relating to medical training for the US Army. Our team supported research for new technologies as well as user testing of prototypes using empirical testing and statistical analysis to determine best training methods of combat medics. Our team had contracts with DARPA and other military R&D entities developing the latest modeling and simulation technologies for military training.
