I’ve worked in the entertainment and private aviation industry for the past 25 years in a variety of roles, most of this time has been spent working for some of the world’s biggest Music, Sports and TV personalities providing them with quality services that are now mirrored in Artist Needs, the company I formed in the late 90's. In order to provide a comprehensive service to our clients; I expanded the company into four different facets that form The Needs Group; specialists in artist services, private aviation, event furniture hire and VIP concierge services. I am a very hands-on CEO and since expansion, I have become an expert in the field of private aviation, flying clients globally 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I also have an extensive range of high quality, sought after event furniture for artist backstage areas and provide a myriad of concierge services to VIP clients on a daily basis . The crossover between sectors is highly coveted and allows me to provide tailor made solutions to my clients, who prefer to have one supplier for multiple services as they know we are a supplier they can trust.In 2023 the company looked after 1500 clients over 93 different events, our furniture travelled thousands of miles to provide exclusive backstage areas, we organised over 1200 chauffeured vehicles and clocked up millions of air miles with jet and helicopter charter across the globe.We retained our new clients that joined us during lockdown, some who had never considered private aviation before and the demand to fly pets increased by over 120% year on year. The brand and trust is now firmly in front of some of the worlds largest corporate clients, high net worth individuals as well as our existing sports and entertainment clients, that have all come from word of mouth and organic growth.2024 is looking strong across all divisions as we celebrate 25yrs in business, 97 shows confirmed, Jet and helicopter charters booked in the diary as far as December and VIP services requested and actioned.
