Cloud360 Application (Ongoing Project): I led a team of developers through the transition from an initial MVP to a reliable product. I managed the growing IT infrastructure of the developing business, including the addition of two remote offices with static VPNs and doubling the RAID-protected onsite storage. This resulted in just over 700TB available to the entire company, enabling us to scale the product and meet our growing storage needs. I oversaw the SOCII Type2 security certification process. This included hosting over 70K scans and onboarding over 200 monthly active users from zero, ensuring that the product was compliant with industry standards and secure for our users. I also contributed to the ongoing architecture and development of the application by adding features such as Single-Sign-On (SSO).

Cloud360 Application (Ongoing Project): I created the Cloud360 application from proof of concept (POC) to minimum viable product (MVP). The application utilized a variety of diverse technologies, including Angular 10, MongoDB, NodeJS, OpenLayers, Python, AWS EC2, EFS, SQS, Load Balancers, and AZURE Cognitive Services (OCR recognition). I developed an application to display 3D point clouds in collaboration with major oil companies.

As an Owner, I spearheaded an end-to-end service that involved gathering crucial documents and posting transactions to QuickBooks Online.• Bookkeeping/File-management Application: I developed a client-side application in Python for sending scanned files to the server, with an Angular 4/6 frontend used by bookkeepers. I built an interface with QuickBooks Online - Oauth1.0 for easy integration with bookkeepers' existing accounting software, and developed an API with PHP and later migrated to Microsoft Entity Framework for frontend. I also utilized MySQL to create custom stored procedures and functions to optimize the application's performance.• Diastema Client Portal: I was responsible for developing and implementing an external website application with HTTPS and two-factor authentication, integrated with OKTA. One of the key features of the application was the drag and drop file upload functionality, which was achieved through the use of NodeJS as an API to manage data-base interactions and the movement of original files.◦ Developed QBO interfacing application.Bluerockapps: I oversaw the coal inventory and directed the activities associated with redesigning the data workflow for coal mining operations. I developed an Angular6 application for user interaction and utilized Microsoft Entity Framework API for efficient data handling. Additionally, I was responsible for the MSSQL database design with stored functions to optimize data storage. To ensure client satisfaction and gather input, I conducted weekly project meetings.DORWARD and Company (Accounting firm): I spearheaded a team of high-performing on-site IT support staff, overseeing their day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks. With my expertise, I provided guidance to the team, ensuring that they adhere to set regulations and deliver quality services to our clients.

As a Telus TV Engineer, I established strategic plans for production deployments in a large server environment. I provided leadership support for the deployment of Restart TV, a project that required extensive coordination across multiple teams. Additionally, I assisted with the management of an enterprise-level MSSQL database and a Windows 2008 server farm, which was hosted on IBM Blade servers. My contributions to the team were exceptional, including providing outstanding support in implementing new updates and developing software in a DevOps environment.

As a Telus Customer Premise Design Engineer, I designed technical specifications for Residential DSL routers/modems. I devised and deployed test procedures to ensure product quality met high standards. To streamline the testing process, I automated numerous test plans using Python while monitoring banks of devices under load. With my expertise in the field, I demonstrated my ability to become a subject matter expert for Telus' primary router, resulting in over 1 million successful deployments.

Provided Desktop support for the company as well as manage the 30 location wide area network. One major project was building redundant Internet links to provide high availability for the host services at the head office.
