I enjoy serving as a concierge level consultant between agents/brokers and insurance carriers, specializing in LTC and LTC plan design. I have been involved in all aspects getting the message out about LTC, whether it is case design, one on one face to face presentations, presenting LTC concepts and sales ideas to a group of producers or setting up and presenting client focused LTC symposiums. I believe each client is unique, with their own story and specialized need for LTC. For many years, the industry has often looked at LTC much like a cookie cutter concept, showing similar benefits to every client that shows an interest in LTC. I'm looking at turning that concept upside down, by first learning who your clients are, what is their story, who and what is important to them before placing numbers in front of them. By considering more than premium in the plan design, but by allowing the client's personal experiences we are empowering them in the building of the plan design. In the end allowing the client to feel very comfortable in the end product as well as having a better understanding of what they purchased.
