I specialise in building programs that focus on talent – from best practice talent acquisition plans right through to realising the most of existing teams via the creation and implementation of company first Career Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Experience programs.My approach is first optimising the fundamentals of leadership and the employee experience.
