VPhase plc is an energy efficiency technology company that launched the first domestic voltage optimisation device in the UK. The VPhase VX1 lowers the voltage in the home, reducing the energy consumption of many electrical appliances, saving money and reducing carbon emissions.At VPhase I was responsible for all marketing, advertising and communications for the business. I introduced a cloud based CRM system, briefed and developed a CMS web site, developed and managed a social media strategy and created a market leading LinkedIn Group.I also managed the bids and tender activity for the business, securing key contract wins with the likes of Procurement for Housing, where VPhase was the top ranked voltage optimisation supplier within the low carbon framework.Other notable activities involved the briefing, design and development of an iPhone app, a technical training video, an animated infomercial, TV advert, and creation of the company's Youtube channel and brand guidelines.
