I am a former Senior Leader and Executive Headteacher in both the state and independent sector, and hold a Master’s Degree in International Education Leadership as well as having served as a Governor and NPQEL coach. I have led and completed over thirty search campaigns since moving into Executive Search five years ago and specialise in Headteacher, Executive and C-Suite roles, both in the UK and internationally. At Spencer Group I lead the UK and Global Schools Practice, supporting education organisations in finding their next outstanding leaders.
