IQVIA acquired AHM in 2018 to provide complementary technology and service offerings for the life sciences industry within the HCP/HCO compliance landscape. Initially my role developed with the acquisition to focus on developing HCP Engagement services outside the US, and with the COVID pandemic hitting in 2020, I led the acceleration of developing and launching Virtual Meeting services in EMEA. This not only created a new revenue stream across accounts, but also led to new internal partnerships with complementary IQVIA service offerings e.g. Medical and Patient Comms.My core sales focus is helping customers realise the value of industry leading compliance SaaS technologies including Consent Management, HCP Engagement and Transparency Reporting, in addition to complementary managed services. This is performed in partnership with Tech Leads and KAMs across EMEA RBUs and local affiliates to ensure engagement with the right customer stakeholders on all levels, from Business to IT and C-Suite.

As AHM’s first UK based employee, I've been responsible for managing European client partnerships and identifying growth opportunities across AHM services and Salesforce.com technology suite. In addition to working collaboratively with customers to ensure proactive compliance on HCP Engagement, identifying solutions and formulating proposals to address client business needs, driving delivery against forecast targets, working closely with Product Delivery and Service Delivery teams to translate requirements into working solutions, driving implementation within budget and ahead of deadlines. Supporting Service Delivery to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), whilst ensuring additional customer requirements are satisfied in a timely manner. Providing direction and guidance to Service Delivery teams on customer feedback for process improvements.

Key responsibilities included driving service excellence and growth of all EU client accounts. Leading requirement gathering for the implementation of SaaS solutions including Brand Knowledgebase, Performance Management, Launch Management, Key Opinion Leader and Market Access. Leveraging best practice models and a proven business process and workflow driven methodologies, to ensure each solution meets the identified objectives, and exceed service expectations.
