• During my tenure Pediatric Health Choice was the leading provider of behavior intervention services in the Tampa Bay area for children with developmental disabilities or social, emotional, and complex behavioral issues • Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and Chairman/CEO I acted as the primary decision maker/signing authority for all matters associated with the Behavioral Health Service division.• Developed service proposals for local/state funding sources, created all departmental budgets, and revenue targets.• Provided P&L oversight.• Secured large multi-year high value contracts with private insurers, subsidiaries and Federal insurers which included Private Insurances/subsidiaries (BCBS, Aetna, Humana, United Health Care, Cigna, and Tri-Care).• Founded the Behavioral Health Service Division• Established very large & specialized community based service contracts with 21 Distinct funding sources.• Developed large community based referral system.• Referral system encompassed 279 Pediatricians, 138 Psychiatrists, MacDill Air force Base Family Center.• Created all departmental policies and operational procedures for each funding source and the respective service.• Established paid intern training program with area colleges.• In 2010 established the Developmental Center for Behavioral Services (DCBS).• The service delivery model utilizes a center-based approach to provide enhanced access to a milieu of services to children 18 months to 18 years of age.• Services included Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, and Board Certified Behavior Analysis.

• In 2007 founded a home and community based behavior support agency providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities.• Mid FY 2009 (December 2008) after seeking investment capital for the expansion of services, Pediatric Health Choice submitted an offer to purchase Inspire Choice.• In June 2009 Pediatric Health Choice acquired Inspire Choice • At the time of purchase, sales of services a consistent growth rate of 20% per quarter.
