Manage accounts in US and help implement these changes through suppliers and customer service representatives in China, Middle East and S.E. AsiaMarketing - helped rebuild the website and help create marketing materials for the US and China side to utilize for sales . Help decide what markets our companies should target and where we would be most effective.Consumer Product Compliance Protocol Creation - Using standards like ASTM, CalProp65, CPSC, EN, ISO, ISTA etc... I work closely with clients to make sure that all Mandatory testing for necessary product lines are covered as well as informing client of the possible voluntary standards that may be useful to gather certain information for the products future manufacturing.Schedule, Attend, Audit and Review Inspection Protocols. (Factory Level) - Travel back and forth to China to work closely with our inspection team to troubleshoot any issues a client may be noticing with a factory. Use our internal portal system to take data and make statistical reports based on supplier and product integrity to help find where any issues may be occurring.Reasonable Testing Programs - work closely with clients to help put a reasonable testing plan in place for their suppliers and products that are being imported from various countries. Using Random sampling and random visits to factory to ensure the same correct practices are being used in the supply chain.

For the past couple years i have been managing accounts as well as assisting with Marketing and Sales throughout the U.S. and China. I currently go back and forth from China to visit our Lab and help keep current business relationships strong. This year we are currently looking to improve our brands image and give any prospects a better understanding of the level of service our company provides for our current client base.

After QA International became part of the HQTS Group, I am starting to put efforts into creating a bigger Brand Name and better Brand Recognition for the HQTS Group in the US.
