MS Identity & Network Access (IDNA) is responsible for Identity Access Management solutions and End-User Network Access services for the Microsoft Cloud, which includes Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Account (MSA) identity offerings. IDNA also drive the multi-cloud and edge identity story, Certificate Authority/PKI and Secrets management services, end-user network access and app access service.My role involved managing a range programs across all Identity Services delivering a more reliable and resilient platform for end customers. This includes Business Case, Program Planning, Resourcing, Vendor Management, Delivery, Program Communications and ensuring KPI's are tracked and achieved

I worked with leading international clients on a broad range of programs and projects including Software Development, System Integration, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations . I have particular interest in large scale transformation programs and Data Analytics /Business Intelligence projects.

Provided cloud based solutions for enterprise customers who were looking to introduce automation and efficiencies in their businesses.
