Managed a pool of project managers with oversight of the Enterprise Services Center Financial and Information Technology Shared Service portfolio.

The branch provides proposals and pricing, and promotes ESC products to external customers, which includes preparing Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotes (RFQ).

Served as the technical liaison between the Service Owners and the technical subject matter experts, project managers, customers, and ESC management applying an analytical process to the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet business requirements. Established policies/procedures provide guidance for most assignments, but allow considerable discretion to select the most appropriate approach and/or to recommend new approaches.

Currently working on a PepsiCo project.

Tested applications, using Mercury Quality Center tools. Performed smoke testing, user acceptance testing, and test case writing. Contributed to daily defect management meeting. Also drove the tester meeting in working with development on defect priority, severity, and placement. Held responsibility for testing main application, HH4, as well as downstream validation and data management systems feeding applications. Performed data setup for testing within data management tool, Masterfiles. Wrote and executed test cases for Closed Loop Ordering (CLO) for HH4, saving company from overproducing on inventory and rolling product. Received Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Award for testing CLO project on HH4.
