I have over 20-years of experience in IT Services as a consultant, service owner, programme manager and architect with a focus on unified communications, telephony and contact centre services. Working as an individual and managing small and large teams as well as outsourced partners to deliver solutions.I have managed the global roll-out of both Cisco and Microsoft Teams telephony and meeting services and have coordinated Covid-19 work to provide unified communications telephony and meeting services to employees working remotely. I have also designed, built and taken into support multiple 8x8 unified communications and omnichannel contact centre solutions for public sector, enterprise and mid-market customers.I pride myself on my problem solving, effective communication and a proven ability to handle both technical and commercial aspects of any service and managing internal and external relationships at all levels.
