As Managing Director of Sustainable Savings he is responsible for the finances, legal, compliance and corporate operations of the business. Matthew is also a director of Pangolin Associates who assist organisations to realise, and capitalise on, the benefits of business sustainability. Matthew has worked in the sustainability and energy field since 2006.Matthew was instrumental in Sustainable Savings obtaining an Energy Retail License, the implementation of embedded electricity networks and industry leading energy efficiency solutions.His wealth of knowledge and experience in sustainable business practices is key to Pangolin Associates’ offerings. He has developed innovative new products and services for Pangolin to take to market. Previously, Matthew worked for Carbon Planet in a similar role.Matthew was a founding member of Trees Please! Inc. (a Landcare group). His passion for the environment drove him to pursue his work in sustainability, and then become a co-founder of Pangolin Associates and Sustainable Savings.Matthew is currently a member of the SA Power Networks Solar Industry Reference group, Community Advisory Board and Tariff Working group.Matthew has been the Chairperson of the Adelaide Hills Council Sustainability Advisory Group, and the Energy Chair for the Conservation Council of South Australia’s Environmental Standing Committee.
