ShipHero Fulfilment is a full service 3PL that offers pick & pack services, FBA fulfilment, kitting and freight services.My role is to focus on the operations side of the business. Some of my duties are listed below but are not limited to:-Train & consult clients/employees how to utilize our WMS,OMS & IMS-Advise clients/employees in regards to shipping best practices, warehouse efficiencies & layout-Consult with various carriers to form partnerships for our clients as well as our fulfillment needs-Work with multiple vendors for our fulfillment network; ranging from building vendors/carriers -Design and enforce process across our 7 warehouses plus our partner warehouses-Review all new clients for Hazmat and ensured we stayed in compliance-Ensure that all our locations were FDA certified while rules and regulations being enforcedAdditionally I helped to grow our west coast fulfilment operations. I opened our 55k square foot warehouse space and built it out and within less than 2 years I moved this warehouse into our 200k square foot warehouse. We are currently have 60+ employees in our North Las Vegas location.

ShipHero is a WMS, IMS & OMS. ShipHero streamlines process in the warehouse and introduces technology to a very manual industry. My role at ShipHero is to work with our new clients to get them up and running on ShipHero. Additionally I work with clients to overall set up the warehouse operation for those that are new to the industry.With the addition of our Fulfillment side of the business I assist with carrier related needs and help with the opening of our DC's. Most recently I set up and managed our North Las Vegas location.

Argo Tea is a Cafe brand and premium tea manufacturer. Our product line is comprised of the following: premium loose leaf teas, premium tea sachets and our own line of RTD's that are available all throughout the USA & Canada. My misson at Argo Tea was to focus on the logistics and supply chain needs for the product line & Cafe brand. I worked with our Cafe's, CPG partners & international partners. Below were some of my core responsibilities at Argo Tea.-Optimized transportation, fulfillment & production planning needs-Worked with our co-packers & 3PL’s to manage inventory for the full Argo Tea product line-Networked with all vendors in order to streamline the supply chain processes-Continuously worked with our partners (Walgreens, Mclane, UNFI, Kehe, etc.) to deliver OTIF and streamline the communication for our CPG product line-Assisted Argo Tea Cafe's with both Domestic & International supply chain needs-Expanded the Argo Tea e-commerce platform in regards to inventory levels and shipping needs-Continuously worked to improve SAP & internal technology platforms

Blitsy is an online retailer that caters to the arts and crafts consumer Worldwide. My role at Blitsy was to manage & maintain the Chicago Distribution Center. Below were my primary duties & accomplishments:-Transformed the Blitsy DC from a cross docking model to a fully inventoried based business model-Put the correct processes in place in order to eliminate 7 day ship times to 1 day or less-Managed and maintained the Blitsy Distribution Center consisting of 20+ employees-Developed multiple KPI’s daily in order to increase efficiency (staffing levels, WMS upgrades, proper equipment, etc.)-Continually analyzed and reduced inbound/outbound shipping costs with all carriers (FedEx, DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, UPS, USPS & various Freight Carriers)-Kept up to date in the supply chain world and transferred knowledge to the Blitsy DC to increase efficiency & cost savings-Constantly flowed with business trends in order to keep the DC on track and efficient -Consistently worked with vendors to forecast inventory and maintain it at the desired levels-Ensuring all inbound & outbound PO’s were OTIFAcquired by AC Moore in 2017

Drinkfly was an on demand mobile app that allows consumers to order Beer, Wine & Alcohol and have it delivered to them in 60 minutes or less. Drinkfly operated in Chicago, New York, Minnesota, Texas & St. Louis.My role at Drinkfly was to promote the brand and expand our offering to new markets within the US.Acquired by Thirstie in 2016.

Bullpen Staffing @ Shiftgig is an on demand staffing agency that allows clients in the hospitality, catering and service industry the ability to fill their temporary staffing needs from our Bullpen of qualified workers quickly and efficiently.As an Account Manager I worked with Enterprise Clients to understand their business needs in regards to temporary staffing. In the process of establishing this relationship I efficiently worked to increase revenues and introduce new products. Overall I strive to relieve the clients' stress on filling their events and temporary staffing needs.My clients included: Levy Restaurants (Arlington Racetrack& Lincoln Park Zoo), Sodexo (Chicago Botanic Gardens), Compass (Abbott Labs & UIC), and Catering By Michaels.

Chicago Division ceased operations in November 2013Brite Media Group is comprised of three different divisions: Brite Vision, Brite Promotions, and Gas Station Radio. Gas Station Radio is a entirely custom made digitally delivered feed to gas stations within our network. Our network consists of over 1300 stations in the top 10 DMA's as well as Detroit, Miami, and Sacramento.
