As President & CEO of Recycle Tech Solutions, Matt initiates and maintains relationships with key vendors and clients. By focusing primarily on the international market for electronic waste, Matt has his finger on the pulse of the global supply and demand market for used/spent electronics such as: laser and ink printer cartridges, smart phones, LCD monitors, and literally thousands of other products deemed fit for remanufacturing/reuse. Matt's vast experience in sourcing, inspecting, classifying, distributing, and "end of life" recycling practices for used electronics make him a innovator in the field and author of several of the recycling industry's best practices for the collection and distribution of commodities.In 2002, Matt invented and developed the "Recycle for Charity" concept that would later serve as the foundation for the Recycle for Junior Achievement Program. The Recycle for Junior Achievement Program enables corporations such as AIG Insurance, Illinois Tool Works (ITW), and Pepper Construction, among several other leading firms, to recycle their electronic waste with Recycle Tech, the proceeds derived from the value of these materials generates a donation from Recycle Tech to Junior Achievement on behalf of the participating corporation. Since the program’s inception, Recycle Tech has donated over $100,000 to Junior Achievement on behalf of its corporate recycling partners.

As Founder and President of Clover Technologies Group’s used/empty toner and ink cartridge collection company, CORE Recycling Concepts, Matt spearheaded the implementation of CORE’s international reverse distribution programs, and played an integral role in establishing the company as the industry’s largest cartridge collection company.

Developed TTI, a division on Toner Time, Inc’s used printer cartridge trading business. Established international network of vendors and clients, grew sales from 0 to 300k monthly.

Drawing his 6 years as a successful options trader at the CBOT and CBOE, Matt joined TransMarket Group and was integral in the carrying out of their financial commitment to develop and leverage technology as the foundation for executing customized trading strategies in the global exchange listed derivatives, equities, commodities, and selected cash markets.

By applying his floor trading experience gained from working at the CBOT, and the knowledge he picked up by studying at CBOE's "The Options Institute," Matt worked as a trader for the Stafford Group where he helped the firm capitalize on opportunities in the options market.

As an Options Trader at the Chicago Board of Trade for firms such as Daker Trading and DT Trading, Matt gained a strong knowledge base of equities, equities indices, commodities, derivatives options trading, and risk management by studying at CBOE's "The Options Institute."
